To celebrate Swiss Week, Restaurant Le 3C invites you to discover a menu inspired by authentic Swiss flavors. A gourmet journey through traditional Helvetic cuisine, offered in three courses.

Starter
Fresh Valais and orchard salad, with roasted melon and white peach, served with air-dried Valais beef (IGP). 

Main Course
Braised ham Zurich-style, served with golden, crispy rösti and crunchy green beans.

Dessert
Gruyère-style meringue with double cream, topped with fresh red berries.
