PATRICE
It is our fisherman who hauls fish from Lake Geneva every day in his nets for us a stone's throw from the hotel. Patrice is also a true connoisseur of the Swiss Riviera. He loves nature and lives for it; for the maintenance of the lake, for our unique climate, the wines of Lavaux, the diversity of local products as well as the people / characters who shape this region.
Patrice takes you on his daily fishing and invites you for a ride on his boat. Let yourself be initiated into the mysteries of Lake Geneva and quickly learn the history of the region's fishing. With Patrice, discover the richness of fish species and receive countless preparation tips. During the hot summer months, one cannot of course fail to take a refreshing dip in the middle of the lake.
